Size: 3” to 3 1/2″
Process: Lightly tumbled to create an ideal cup and round shape
Shell Color: Bronze and gold, often seen with a light pink, feathery edge
Salinity: 27 parts per thousand
Flavor Profile: Robust brine. Creamy and minerally undertones, with a very distinct scallop-like finish
